(event) NMO 2009 Iron Horse Bicycle Classic Start: 05/23/2009 8:00 am 2009 IRON HORSE BICYCLE CLASSIC IN DURANGO, COLORADO There are several events to take part of (see links below). The classic is on May 23rd, 2009, Memorial Day Weekend. There is a 50-mile road-bike tour through the beautiful rocky mountains between Durango and Silverton, CO. There is also a 25-mile road-bike ride from Durango to the Durango Mountain Ski Resort. Part of the road for this ride is blocked from traffic and this is the only ride in which you can ride against the big, bad Durango Silverton train ! (event) Yoga For Men - Mixed Level - Subtle Practices - Clothed Start: 05/23/2009 10:00 am Join us for an eight week course class focusing on the more subtle, often forgotten practices of yoga nidra (the technique of deep relaxation), pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation (sitting practice). This ninety minute yoga experience starts with an hour of asana practice (yoga postures) and finishes with 30 minutes of more subtle work. This class is appropriate for the novice student as well as the more advanced practitioner.
