Join us for an eight week course class focusing on the more subtle, often forgotten practices of yoga nidra (the technique of deep relaxation), pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation (sitting practice). This ninety minute yoga experience starts with an hour of asana practice (yoga postures) and finishes with 30 minutes of more subtle work. This class is appropriate for the novice student as well as the more advanced practitioner. | ||
