What? -- Potluck picnic at Patrick Smith Park in Santa Fe (See map link below!) -- "the Pinwheel Gathering"
Who? -- All gay, bi-, queer guys/men are welcome!
When? -- Every Saturday at noon. (Weather permitting)
Where? -- Monsignor Patrick Smith Park - Located between Canyon Road and E. Alameda along the river. Map: http://www.santafe.org/santafe/?id=315
What else? -- Bring stuff like board games, cards, kites, frisbees and musical instruments. Also--obviously, since this is a potluck picnic--bring food and or non-alcoholic drinks to share. Look for a pinwheel, or several, to signal this "Pinwheel Gathering". This is a no-host activity and you may be the first to arrive, so bring a pinwheel to signal the picnic spot. ... or just ask folks "Are you with the Pinwheel group?
Anything else? -- Just one thing. The success of this weekly picnic depends not on me but upon YOU! That's right! No one is "in charge". Rather, everyone is in charge. That means that you can help the project get going by (a) bringing a friend, (b) telling folks about it (c) advertising it, etc. Thanks for helping to grow community in SF! See you in the park!
