Equality New Mexico in collaboration with the New Mexico Religious Alliance for Inclusion and Non-Discrimination has called a faith community gathering at St. Michael-All Angels Church to move lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender civil rights forward in NM.
We would like you to join us for an evening of connecting with other faith communities regarding lesbian, gay, bisexual, and transgender civil rights. We will be hearing stories from community members and faith leaders about their experience on creating inclusive and non-discriminatory practices.
N.M.R.A.I.N - The religious community has been a vocal part of the national debate over equal rights for persons who are LGBT. Many people of faith would like to express that our religious beliefs have led us to a conviction that LGBT people should be protected from discrimination and that their relationships should enjoy the legal benefits afforded by other couples by society.
Please help us spread the word about this amazing event.
