EQNM Lobbying Day at the State Capital

On Monday February 16th join hundreds of New Mexicans to rally in support of SB12 the Domestic Partners Rights and Responsibilities Act. Every person counts in what could be the final push in protecting ALL New Mexico Families.

Lobby day trainings will include a discussion of domestic partnership talking points, best practice tips for lobbying and an action plan to make the most of our time at the capital. All lobby day participants are encouraged to attend training before making lobby visits. This year we are able to offer two training times

EQNM LOBBY DAY SCHEDULE
7:33 A- Leave ABQ Downtown Train Depot on the Rail Runner
8:54 Arrive Santa Fe Train Depot- Walk to First Christain Church for 9:30 lobby training
9:00-9:30 -1st Training  at first Christain Chruch 645 Weber
9:35-10:00- 2nd Training
10:30-1:00- Lobbying legislators
11:30-1:00- Lunch (We will provide food coupons for upper- crust pizza and representatives from EQNM will be at upper crust to debrief with folks)
1:15-2:00- Press Conference for Bullying Prevention  
2:15-3:00- Press Conference and Rally at the Roundhouse
4:00- Fight For Fairness Get Together- Cowgirl
